Two weeks ago the gorgeous Ms Critique asked me to be her date to a dinner at Churrasco Coogee. I was excited, who doesn’t love all you can meat Brazillian BBQ restaurants (apart from vegetarians)?
ABOUT CHURRASCO
‘Using only the freshest ingredients and cooked via an open flame, the mouth-watering menu transports diners to Brazil and beyond with every bite. Prepared by specially trained Brazilian natives, Churrasco’s unique style is in a league of its own.’
Served rodizio style (that means you pay a fixed price and the waiters keep bringing you food until you signal to stop), menu highlights include: Pork Belly, BBQ’ed chicken sausage, rocket and parmesan salad and sirloin crusted with peppers and spices.

Within minutes of sitting down, a meat mountain quickly formed on my plate as waiters brought around meat packed skewer after meat packed skewer, slicing off juicy cuts of meat. I didn’t dare turn my coaster around to red, despite drowning in meat, because I didn’t want to risk missing a kisk-ass dish!
Don’t rule this place out yet Vegetarians… Churrasco offers an extensive menu catering to all palates including vegetarians and children. With a fun vibe and absolutely delicious food Churrasco is ideal for couples, a catch up with friends, family birthday dinners or just a place you can go to pig out with no-one judging you!
LOCATIONS
For your taste of Brazil head to one of Churrasco’s three restaurants located around Sydney – the city, Coogee and Caringbah.
HIGHLIGHTS
Rump cap with ginger and soy, cheese bread, chargrilled pineapple, sugar-coated deep-fried banana and Churrasco’s famous Banoffi Tart! My oh my!!! Churrasco is worth visiting just for the fried banana and Banoffi Tart.

Great photos Steph! They look like they’re out of a cookbook!
I do love my meat too!
Unfortunately I can’t claim them – they’re from Churrasco.
I wish I could take photos like that
