Friday Favourites

Happy Friday!

This week has just flown by, thankfully, and I can’t wait for a weekend of sun, sand and sleep.

The last week I’ve been on cloud 9 and am still reeling from all your lovely comments and support on the Cosmo Collective role. Thank you!

Pretty hair – I am currently in a little competition where I have to come up with some hairstyles (more details to come)… I’m going to attempt this doo tomorrow.

Oh Alex! - I could look at Alex O’Laughlin all day and that’s almost what I did last weekend when I caught up on episodes of Hawaii 5-0. Phwoar!

A couple of cuties decorating cupcakes – This week I made a number of pink recipes to help promote awareness of Pink October. Tuesday’s recipe was Pink Vanilla Cupcakes and I enlisted the help of my gorgeous nephews and nieces to decorate.

I love Stanley – I have been a fan of Stanley Tucci for as long as I can remember, so when I found out he had a cookbook I just had to have it. Stay tuned for a few recipes and review coming shortly.

Mini manis – My darling nieces love painting nails with Auntie Stephie. This week it was all pink and sparkles!

One day – I will have a porch like this at my beach house. I just need to find that money tree.

Countdown is on – for my holiday. I was jumping out my chair this week when I saw photos of all the snow at Big White this week. BRING IT ON!

Which means – Christmas is only 2 months away! I LOVE Christmas, especially a white one. I better start preparing Christmas recipes soon. Are their any Chrissy recipes you’d like to see on Lipstick & Cake?

See-through no more! – Thanks to Model Co Super Tan I won’t look like an albino seal when I sun myself (safely of course) on a beach this weekend! I’ve put on a few coats and I’m streak free and a nice golden brown.

Raspberry Ice anyone? – I am currently borrowing this gorgeous Raspberry Ice KitchenAid from the new Platinum
