I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but my recipes this week have been inspired by Reece’s Pieces. My brain was exploding with recipe idea’s the other day, all including this delicious chocolate and peanut candy.
After making the Over-the-top indulgent pie the other day I had leftover cookies, I also had a jar of Fluff in the cupboard and a new idea was born, cookie sandwiches with a Reece’s Pieces-marshmallow filling. Ridiculously easy, insanely delicious!
You can find the Reece’s Pieces online at www.usafoodsonline.com.au and at specialist greengrocers. Fluff can now be founds in most good supermarkets.
This will make around 10 sandwiches and should leave you with a few cookies leftover.
Reece’s pieces chocolate (I used Reece’s Pieces chocolate bar)
Jar of original-flavoured Fluff
After you make the cookies, set the aside to cool completely.
Melt Reece’s Pieces in a glass bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure bowl isn’t touching the water) and stir until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Take the glass bowl off the heat and spoon in Fluff. Stir until well combined.
Spoon Reece’s/Fluff mixture onto one half of the cookie and then sandwich together with the other half.
Shove into your mouth and enjoy!
