Boozy Bunny Milkshake
Maybe the best #weekendwinedown yet! Celebrating the Easter long weekend with the cute and delicious Boozy Bunny Milkshake.
This weekend’s #weekendwinedown has an Easter theme!
In the last week I’ve spotted a new food hack hitting social media, the chocolate bunny milkshake. That’s right, the good ol’ Easter bunny is now holding delicious drinks. A cute idea and one I decided to put my own spin on.
With the help of my sister, we developed a special adults-only chocolate milkshake and celebrated the long weekend with our loved ones. Oh, and because there’s no such thing as too much chocolate during Easter, I added some extra pieces for garnishing (using a skewer).
I wish you and yours a very happy Easter and a safe long weekend.
Chocolate Easter Bunny
1 scoop of ice cream
30ml full cream milk
20ml Bailey’s Chocolate Lux
20ml Chocolate Liqueur
1 generous squirt of chocolate sauce, or 3 heaped Tbs of milo
1/2 cup ice
Chocolates or cream, for garnishing
- Bite or carefully cut one of the ears off the bunny. Set aside.
- Add ice cream, Bailey’s, Vodka, Chocolate Liqueur, sauce (or milo), and ice into a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
- Carefully pour into your bunny (best using a funnel) and garnish with straw, cream and/or chocolate.
